7. Delivery

7.1 We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame; however, delivery times are approximate and may vary due to location, courier delays, or other external factors.

7.2 Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you confirm your order.

7.3 It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Return & Refund

8.1 SukunCareBD offers a 100% refund guarantee if you are not satisfied with the product at the time of delivery.

8.2 You may return the product directly to the delivery person at the time of delivery if:

You are not satisfied with the product;
The item is damaged or defective;
You received the wrong product.

8.3 For issues discovered after delivery, you must contact us on the same day with proof (photo/video) for review.
